Their jackets look really good, I love the style. I was excited when I ordered, but after making the payment I got a bit nervous because I didn’t feel fully sure what was happening with my order. It turned out fine, but that moment after paying definitely made me a little distrustful.

I was waiting around for my refund for what felt like ages, and it got frustrating. I kept checking back, thinking it would be sorted, but that whole thing just dragged on longer than it should have

The tracking was easy enough to follow, the box arrived in good shape, and overall I was really happy with how quickly everything came.

Smells legit, and the Packaging matched my old bottle too, so I’m Happy with it.

The foundation actually stayed looking nice for most of the day, which i was happy about. the lipstick was okay, but I did have to touch it up a few times.

The promos do help a little, honestly... but most of the discounts feel limited, or they’re just gone super fast!! It’s nice when you catch one, but yeah... you kind of have to be quick!!!

The site was easy enough to figure out, and when the package arrived, it already looked nice, so I didn’t really have to do much to make it gift-ready. I ordered from Rabanne the product itself was totally fine. I kind of assumed the delivery would be smooth since it’s a bigger brand, but the tracking was annoying. One minute it looked like my parcel was stuck somewhere, then suddenly it was out for delivery. I had no real clue when it was actually going to show up, so I ended up waiting around. Not the worst experience, but I’d expect better shipping updates from a brand like this...
